Why don’t we display official YETI® product images?
To respect YETI® copyright and intellectual property rights, we do not display official YETI® product images or logos. Instead, we use custom illustrations that accurately represent the genuine YETI® products available for personalisation.
Every new product we sell is 100% authentic YETI® and sourced from authorised Australian retailers.
Engraving Colours and Finishes
What colour will the engraving be?
On colour-coated products, laser engraving removes the outer finish to reveal the stainless steel underneath.
On products with a stainless steel finish, the engraving will generally appear dark grey or black.
The final colour and appearance may vary slightly depending on the product, finish and engraving method.
Design File Processing
My uploaded file doesn’t look quite right in the product customiser. What should I do?
Don’t worry—our experienced team reviews and optimises your uploaded artwork before engraving.
Where required, we may remove backgrounds, improve contrast and make minor adjustments to help achieve the best possible engraving result. Every design is quality-checked before production.
We will contact you before engraving if there are any concerns or if significant changes are required.
Products and Engraving
Are there limitations on the size of my engraving?
Yes. The maximum engraving size depends on the available surface area of your selected product.
Larger designs may need to be resized or adjusted to fit the engraving area while maintaining the best possible detail and appearance.
Can I provide my own YETI® for engraving?
Yes. Our Bring Your Own YETI® service allows you to send or deliver your own genuine YETI® product to us for custom engraving.
Select the appropriate BYO YETI® service, create your design online and follow the provided delivery instructions.
Placing an Order
How do I order custom YETI® engraving?
Ordering is easy:

Choose a new YETI® product or select our BYO YETI® engraving service.

Use our online customiser to add text, upload artwork or choose from our fonts and clipart.

Our team will review your artwork before engraving.
Can I place a bulk order for corporate gifts or events?
Yes. We offer custom YETI® engraving for businesses, corporate gifts, staff recognition, events and promotional campaigns.

Shipping and Collection
What shipping options are available?
We offer free shipping on all new YETI® orders delivered within Australia.
Standard international shipping fees apply to all international orders outside of Australia. Local pickup is also available for customers in the Mackay area.
Available shipping and collection options will be displayed during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship throughout Australia and World-wide.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and a range of secure online payment options. The available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways designed to protect your personal and payment information.
ETCH Laser Engraving does not directly store your complete payment card details.
