Before the laser begins its intricate work, our skilled technicians meticulously optimize your uploaded files. We ensure that every detail, curve, and line is perfectly prepared for engraving, ensuring the final result is as close to your vision as possible.

To bring your design to the forefront, our experts skillfully remove backgrounds from your uploaded files. This step ensures that your engraving focuses solely on your intended design, enhancing the visual impact and clarity of your customization.

While our laser technology allows for precise engravings, there may be size limitations depending on the product. Contact our customer service team if you have specific size inquiries.

Can I choose my own design for engraving?

Yes, you can upload your own design, logo, or text during the ordering process. Make sure the design meets our guidelines for optimal engraving quality.

Is there a minimum order quantity for laser engraving?

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has entered production, changes cannot be made to the design or personalization details. Please review your design carefully before finalizing your order. However if you contact us before your product/s enters the production stage we will happily assist you with any changes. Please contact us as soon as possible to request any design changes.

How can I place an order for laser engraving?

Simply select the product you'd like to personalize, choose your customization options, and upload your design. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Processing times vary based on the product and current order volume. Most orders are processed within two (2) business days. You can find estimated shipping times on the product page or during checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?
